      <image:title>Home - Meet Dr. Soriano</image:title>
      <image:caption>Dr. Soriano received his Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Educational Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and a Ph.D. Doctorate in Clinical Family Psychology from United States International University. Dr. Soriano is an active member and has received awards from the American Psychological Association and the American Counseling Association. Dr. Soriano is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years experience in counseling and psychological practice in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Bernardino County. He is bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural. Dr. Soriano is a culturally competent therapist with experience and sensitivity to the needs of changing families. He was instrumental in developing the Intercultural Proficiency Program at California State University, Los Angeles and has trained many mental health professionals in Cultural Competency. Dr. Soriano has extensive experience in Public Education. He holds several licenses and has been a practicing School Counselor, School Principal, Assistant Superintendent and is now an active Licensed Psychologist in private practice. He has specialized in serving children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Beyond this, Dr. Soriano has also published recently “School-Based Family Counseling: Transforming Family-School Relationships” (2013) which is available on Amazon.</image:caption>
